In the heart of the Mayan lands, we gather as mothers and daughters to listen, to soften, and to remember each other anew.
Over five days and nights, through ceremony, sacred waters, and the ancestral magic of the land, sound and silence, we practice letting go, laughing, healing, and returning. Together we will experience Musicosophia, Sound Healing with Alchemy Crystal Bowls, Movement & Dance, and Breathwork & Chi Gong, venture into the jungle to float on an ancient canal, and purify in a Temazcal.
The Yucatán and Quintana Roo are a powerful vortex for healing and transformation, one of the few places on earth where nature, history, and ancient wisdom weave together so beautifully.
Beneath the jungle flows one of the world's largest underground river systems, surfacing as crystal cenotes the Maya revered as sacred portals. Visitors often describe a deep sense of presence here, as if the land itself quiets the mind and opens the heart.

A native of New Zealand, Cynthia has spent over two decades in the Mayan lands. She is a gifted sound healer, ceremonialist, Creator of Sacred Spaces, and Light Activator with Selenite Crystal Swords of Light, dedicated to working with sound and crystals to activate the water, land, and human body.
From Mexico City, Catarina has spent 30 years facilitating personal transformation retreats across the Mayan World and Mexico. An internationally certified Musicosophia instructor and devoted practitioner of Chi Gong and Healing Taoism, she guides others through conscious music listening as a path of inner awakening.
